First Class Article 2: Customer Service

First Class has a proven track record of working in organisations passionate about the service they provide as well as working with organisations striving to improve their standards and service. It has worked with a number of organisations across all levels to assist them to deliver consistently high levels of customer care.

One particular nation-wide organisation was experiencing problems in delivering a consistent approach to customer care where approximately 99% of the workforce employed on temporary contracts. Working with the entire Management team, First Class delivered development focusing on: motivating individuals and teams, standards, monitoring performance and enforcing standards. This has resulted in a more proactive and consistent approach across the organisation.

Other examples include a customer service programme “Whatever it takes” which was developed for a leading high street retailer.
